Use your mobile phone camera on a tripod, microphone and Zoom H1 recorder, for lighting use day light, free music you can get from YouTube, for editting use iMovie or similar software OR tie-up with someone for your editing needs. Video editing require lot of time. If some one else does your video editing you will have time to focus on other areas of film making.
